A lazy kind of day...

Tank: Wildfox  //  Sandals: Christian Louboutin Nuria  //  Jeans: Zara  // Sunglasses: Tiffany & Co.
Wrap Bracelet:
Balenciaga Arena Giant Rose Gold  //  Spike Bracelet: Asos
Clover Bracelet: Purchased at Dash NYC // Earrings: Anthropologie  // Nails: Comme Des Garcons inspired

I had the laziest labor day ever....I think the most exciting event I had today was to buy some fried chicken to have for dinner (I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN!!) and plop in front of the TV and watch my  favorite shows which include Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Leverage, I swear I can watch episode after episode after episode!

On these kinds of days I like to wear anything that's loose and comfortable because after a bucket of fried chicken I don't think anyone wants to wear anything that's form fitting! That's where this outfit comes in, I've had this shirt for a few years and I still love it, I love it so much that I have 2 of them! And the jeans....well I always tell my friends that I LOVE "fancy pants" which means any jean that has something different about them, whether they are a different color, print, or texture I will absolutely love them! And on a lazy day it helps that they aren't skin tight!

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day!

Comfy

Jacket: Silent and Noise Jacket (Urban Outfitters)
Accessories: Crackled Faux Stone Bracelet, wrap bracelet Elle bought me in NY, Stone Bracelet from Dominican Republic, and Wish Bone bracelet from Brandy Melville
Shoes: Nordstrom Wedges

I am all about comfortable and harem pants are sure comfy! Harem pants cover everything you don't want to show, which is pretty awesome for me. My go to have always been sunglasses and braids, since braids always get the hair out of my way and sunglasses are just awesome because they are!
Until next time everyone!!

Soy and Tofu Festival

So, here I am at another festival to eat MORE food. LOL Eddie and I saw a flyer for the Soy and Tofu Festival at Japantown in San Francisco and we both said, "we HAVE to go!" Eddie loves tofu, which is weird because he HATES vegetables. We were both kind of disappointed because the festival was tiny. It only had at most seven tents and that made me sad...it made me feel like it was more of a tease so I could buy more food inside Japantown. Which was what we did!
Those three cups you see were part of a tofu dessert competition that we were fortunate to be apart of, which was pretty cool, the mochi we both agreed was pretty nasty (haha), but the tofu tiramisu and tofu macaroon was pretty good. I voted for the tiramisu and Eddie voted for the macaroon.
I then saw the Tofu Panda and I had to take a picture with him!! Then after we took a picture with him, I tried to be sneaky and take a picture of him by himself and I got CAUGHT! Haha it was pretty embarassing, but whatever! LOL
Then, we moved onto Takoyaki!! I was really excited for this, but I was kinda disappointed because it was just weird. It was all tofu and the consistency was funky! Soft and squishy...weird. LOL
So, after we were done tasting the two things they had, we were starving so we went to "On the Bridge" which is this cute little restaurant that is on the "bridge" of Japantown. We've never been there before, but was always interested in the menu they had. So, of course I yelped it to see what was the best dish and I tried their Mentaiko spaghetti and Eddie had their curry special which was super spicy. OMG, the spaghetti dish was AMAZING!! It's so simple, but so flavorful!! Eddie's curry was a little too spicy. I mean I LOVE spicy, but that was like cayenne/peppery spicy, not what I am used to.
And then last but not least, we of course had to stop at Sophie's Crepes. Sorry I was so happy I got my crepe that I had two bites before I was able to take a picture of it for you guys. HAHA. This place is awesome I remember after surfing Elle and I would stop by for crepes. I have great memories with Sophie's Crepes. :)

Got enough luck? ;P

Details

Belt: Fendi (no longer available)   //  Lips: Stila Lip Rouge (similar)   //  Bracelets: Skull, spike, pyramid bracelets gifts from NY and coral bracelet purchased at local boutique

Stacking bracelets has been all the rage for this Spring and Summer and honestly I love the look. However, it's really hard for me to find bracelets that fit my tiny wrists and what I end up doing is buying the bracelet anyway and tweaking it a bit. I swear the odds are not in my favor (Hunger Games anyone? lol)  at a ratio of 1:20 and 1 being the bracelet that actually fits properly!! Though, when I do find something, I jump for joy and hold on to it for dear life like the bracelets I'm wearing in the photos above. I really do have to thank my future sister-in-law for picking these up for me when she was in New York.

VEGAS!

Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan
Bouchon at The Venetian
THE CAPITAL at Fashion Mall
Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan
The Husband and the Brother/Birthday Boy! LOL
SW at The Wynn
Chinatown of COURSE! LOL
Serendipity at Ceasar Palace
Brandy Melville dress shirt, Jewelmint Shanghai necklace (unavailable), life in progress shorts, forever21 navy blue belt, Balenciaga Bracelet, and Michael Kors Jet Set Bag

My brother's birthday was coming up and it was a good excuse to have a mini vacation, so of course my brother wanted to go to VEGAS! I ate so much food I swear I was gonna explode after every meal.
I don't gamble, so of course it's all about food and shopping!!
That random picture of The Capital Grille was because it reminded me of The Capitol from The Hunger Games and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
The one place I HAVE to go to when I am in Vegas is Chinatown. I always think it's so funny that I practically live, breathe, and EAT chinese food everyday, but I crave it when I am away. I love going to Tea Station because I can finally have my favorite drink, which is their amazing mix fruit tea.
So, of course I went shopping and got some little goodies for myself. I finally got my hands on an arty ring from YSL, at first I was iffy, but thank goodness for a bunch of text messages to my best friend Elle; I finally purchased one! Haven't worn it yet, but I am still excited to have one in my possession!
The weather was really nice and I was REALLY sad I had to go back home to the rain...
Random note: Don't you hate when hotels tell you to check-out so early?!?! Even with a courtesy late check-out its still 12pm, like one more hour is better...haha Drives me nuts! Especially when your flight is at 8:00PM...
