Salsa. Friends. Chocolate cake. Vintage cars. 

That pretty much sums up my entire weekend, my boyfriend's family was making homemade salsa. Chicken and waffles with Sea and Noelyn, hanging out with Paul (my boyfriend's BFF). Eating the best chocolate cake ever! (I can literally eat 1 slice in less than 10 seconds!) and hanging around my boyfriend as he was playing with his "toys" (I was just standing there doing a whole lot of NOTHING!) 

 I had a pretty chill weekend as I will be in Tokyo, Japan next week, I know I will need all the energy I can get for obvious reasons..... shopping and eating until I pass out or explode!

Lately this weather has been so unpredictable and I never know what to wear! It gets so frustrating sometimes, but I randomly saw this sweater once while I was shopping with my husband and I absolutely love it!! And can you believe its from OLD NAVY? I haven't shopped in an Old Navy since those flip flops were the THANG in school! LOL They do have weird sizings those...I bought this sweater in an XXL...and I am a pretty petite girl! Overall I am very satisfied with this sweater and I think i'll be going back for all the colors!

 Target fashion? hmmmm....sometimes! 

Walking through Target this electric blue skirt caught my eye, I obviously bought it and I'm so happy I did! Since I've been only wearing shorts, skirts and tights this winter, it fit perfectly into my everyday wardrobe.

This place that Elle and I took pictures at is very dear to my heart. I have so many memories at Dino Hill from having deep conversations with Elle or just trying to clear my head and realize that life is way too short to sulk about something. Everyone knows that when I am not in a good mood that this will be the place to find me. I used to remember when I was younger there was only two places that I could be found. One would obviously be here at Dino Hill and the other would be in Pacifica surfing my emotions away! LOL When Elle and I got up to the top it was a really emotional feeling. All of our fond memories started flowing back and that just reminds me that I can never take anything in my life for granted! Love life and never regret anything you do! That is what I've always tried to live by!

While cleaning out my closet I found this denim jacket that I purchased over a decade ago, sometimes I feel like I'm a hoarder because I can't bare to throw anything away! There is a corner of my closet that I keep clothes that I want but I rarely wear. I guess I keep them because there is a memory behind each piece I have and throwing them away would be like throwing away a certain time of my life. I guess the "if you haven't worn that item in the past year, you're not going to wear it" rule doesn't apply in my book and I'm glad it doesn't!

Sam Edelman 'Petty' Bootie

I am a sucker for Sam Edelman, so of course I would LOVE these booties! It's embarrassing but I literally cannot walk in heels over 3 inches, so most of my shoes are flats or boots or anything with a low heel. I wish that I could wear a gorgeous pair of Louboutins but I know I wouldn't be able to walk in them without hurting my knees.... curse my genetics! I guess in a way I'm feeding my sadness by purchasing a load of flats and ankle boots like these, so it's a good trade off for me!

Sea's everyday hair routine!

My hair routine is really simple. Wash my hair every other day, use deep conditioners instead of regular conditioners because it works best for me, a treatment oil and a leave-in conditioner. Nothing special but this makes my hair feel great!

This is what I do and it doesn't mean it works for everyone, but I hope my opinion will help you decide if you want to try any of them or not!
